ADU Series Features:


1. The 420 Series construction machinery pumps feature an open-circuit, axial-piston design and are available with a variety of controllers to match the pump's capabilities to each application. The efficiency of the pump controller reduces system cooling requirements, enabling a more compact and less expensive design. In other words, while maintaining cooling capacity, the system flow rate is increased, thereby improving performance and customer satisfaction.
2. The rigorously tested rotating system allows the pump to operate at continuous pressures up to 280 bar (4000 psi) and intermittent pressures up to 320 bar (4600 psi), with low maintenance costs. Heavy-duty bearings and a rigid drive shaft ensure a B10 bearing life of 3320 hours under rated construction machinery conditions, reducing operating costs and extending service life.
3. The 420 Series pumps feature a saddle-shaped swash plate with steel-backed polymer bearings. The swash plate features pressure-lubricated channels to reduce wear and further support internal loads. The rigid swash plate reduces deflection and evenly distributes bearing loads, extending life. The single control plunger reduces the forces acting on the swash plate, resulting in a smaller pump size and allowing installation in more compact locations.
4. The 420 Series pumps operate at very low noise levels, exceeding the requirements of today's operating conditions. Another pump feature—a bimetallic port—improves priming characteristics, reduces fluid noise, and extends pump life.
